Slackline is one of our newest activities. This activity is essentially a tightrope that has developed into a global sport.
We often use the Slackline to help students develop their balance skills and teamwork to achieve a number of goals.
Anyone of any age and ability can achieve something on the Slackline; from simply standing on it to achieving a complex balance.
If nothing else, it's fun just to jump up and down on!
- Warm clothing including thermals, fleeces, and thick socks
- Hat, gloves and scarf
- Good strong footwear (ideally walking boots)
- Water bottle
- Sun screen
- A sense of achievement at any level
- Developing teamwork
